THE BEST FOOD TRUCKS IN MINNEAPOLIS
Minneapolis, MN is the food truck capital of the Midwest. They have the most food trucks per capita, a dedicated downtown location with ample seating for customers, set hours, and reserved street parking for the food trucks. The local microbreweries have developed a healthy relationship with the food truck circuit, allowing them to set up outside at night. I spent four glorious days exploring the street food scene in this cultural city. I based my ratings on four criteria concept, flavor creativity, food quality, and execution. After eating my way through 40 different food trucks and a roll of antacids, I landed on my top six picks of Minneapolis food trucks to try this summer.
