They allow me to take you with me to the food pods of Portland, show you a chef making a new global influenced street food, or to a tiny bar in Baltimore to get a lesson on Maryland crab boil. Videos have the power to transport you to that moment and allow me to share my view of the world. I love this form of documenting, it captures tiny parts of my journey that are otherwise difficult to put in words, and adds a dimension that help bring a Pig's pick to life.
